I have lived in Northern Dutchess with my family since the early eighties. Prior to real estate, I worked in the telecommunications industry where I acquired many transferable skills such as negotiating and how to work best with clients by listening to their needs.
Working in the Hudson Valley is a dream, the area is so beautiful during each season, so it is rather easy to tell potential buyers why the area is appealing.
For relaxation, I enjoy taking photos of the area, especially around the majestic Hudson River. Gardening is also another passion.
